• Red velvet cupcakes
• 2 ½ cups cake flour
• 2 tablespoon cocoa
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 ½ cups sugar
• 1 ½ cups oil
• 2 xl eggs
• Red colouring
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 2 teaspoon vinegar
