Ingredients

• 2 ¼ cups flour
• 1 ½ cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon bicarb
• 1 teaspoon cocoa
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup oil
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• 1 ½ cups buttermilk
• 1 ½ bottles red colouring
• Cream cheese frosting:
• 125g butter.
• 1 tub cream cheese
• 2 cups icing sugar
