Ingredients

• Red velvet cupcakes
• 2 ¼ cups flour
• 1 ½ cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon cocoa
• 1 teaspoon bicarb
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup oil
• 1 ½ cups buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• 2 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 ½ bottle red colouring
• 125g butter
• 2 cups icing sugar
• 1 tub cream cheese
