Ingredients

• 500g chicken fillet cubed
• 1 tspoon turmeric
• 1 tspoon chillie powder
• 1 tspoon dhana/jeeru (cumin)
• ½ Aromat (a South African Spice)
• ½ chicken spice
• 1 tspoon garlic
• ½ ginger garlic
• ½ black pepper
• 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• Add 1 cup peppers
• Add 1 cup mushrooms
• White Sauce
• Add 2 Tablespoon flour and mix with a whisk
