Chicken Pasta recipe by Feroza Joossub Asmall

Ingredients

• 500g cubed chicken
• 1 tomato liquidised
• 1 teaspoon salt (salt to taste)
• 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
• 1 teaspoon heaped rough chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon heaped red chilli powder
• ¼ teaspoon fresh red/green chilli chopped (optional)
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 125ml fresh cream
• 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• Packet of pasta - I use whatever I have in the cupboard - I used penne in this
