• 2 tbl. garlic, minced
• 1 tbl. red pepper flakes
• 2 tbl. lemon juice
• 2 tbl. white wine
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 tbl. unsalted butter
• 2 tbl. fresh parsley, chopped or 2 tsp. dried parsley
