Ingredients

• 80 g grated or shredded fresh coconut
• 1/3 cup thinly sliced Pearl onions/Asian shallots/red onion
• 1 green chili thinly sliced
• 1/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp Maldives fish chips
• 1/4 of a large lime for lime juice
• 80 g Gotu kola leaves with stalks
• 1/2 of a tomato sliced or diced*
