Mezcal Saffron Eggnog – Bob Peters

Ingredients

• 4 egg yolks
• 1/3 cup of sugar plus one table spoon
• 1 pint of whole milk
• 1 cup of heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon of freshly grated nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1 pinch of salt
• 4 egg whites
• 1 gram of saffron threads
• 16 ounces, actually just make it a bottle of Vida Mezcal
