• 255 g Pork sausage, raw
• 1 small Fennel, thinly sliced, fronds reserved
• 1 medium Carrot(s), finely chopped
• 1 medium Brown onion, finely chopped
• 2 clove(s) Garlic, thinly sliced
• 1 whole Dried bay leaf
• 1 tsp Fennel seeds
• 1 400g can Lentils, canned, rinsed, drained, (1 x 400g can)
• 2 cup(s) Vegetable stock
