- 1 1/2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Capers drained
- 1/2 Cucumber sliced into 1/4 inch slices
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 50 g Spinach
- 1/4 cup SuperValu Fresh Basil roughly chopped
- 50 g SuperValu Mixed Lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes chopped
- 80 g Tuna drained and flaked
- 1 slice Wholegrain Bread
