• 5 lemons, juiced (about 7 tablespoons)
• 4 large eggs
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 lemons, zest grated
• Meringue:
• 5 large egg whites
• 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
