Ingredients

• 1 kg steak mince
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 tablespoon crushed dhana
• 1 tablespoon crushed jeera
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder
• 2 eggs
• 100g butter
• ¼ cup oil
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 3 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon worcester sauce
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 teaspoon green masala
• 2 tablespoon ground Badaam
• 2 tablespoon fine coconut
• 2 chopped onions
• 3 tablespoon vinegar
