• ½ kg steak mince
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• ½ teaspoon ginger
• 1 tablespoon ground green chilli ( you can add more or less )
• ½ teaspoon chilli powder
• ½ teaspoon garam masala
• 1 teaspoon dhana powder
• 1 teaspoon jeera powder
• 1 teaspoon to 1 ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoon plain yogurt
• Handful chopped
