Name: Hot spinach, artichoke and cheese dip
Ingredients: 175 g (about 6 nuggets) Arctic Gardens spinach, cooked and well drained (125 g cooked); 175 ml (3/4 cup) cream cheese; 125 ml (1/2 cup) mayonnaise; 250 ml/50 g (1 cup) gouda cheese, grated; 125 ml (1/2 cup) marbled cheddar cheese, grated; 175 ml (3/4 cup) canned artichokes in water, drained and chopped; 80 ml/40 g (1/3 cup) water chestnuts, cut into small cubes; 5 ml (1 tsp) Worcestershire sauce; 1/2 fresh jalapeño pepper, finely diced; A few drops of tabasco; Pepper, to taste; 125 ml (1/2 cup) grated mozzarella cheese
