Ingredients
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) butter
- 500 ml (2 cups) Arctic Gardens Asian-style stir-fry vegetables
- ½ bag Arctic Gardens spinach
- 250 ml (1 cup) mayonnaise
- 125 ml (½ cup) sour cream
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) freshly chopped chives or chopped green onion
- 2 ml (½ tsp) garlic powder
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 loaf of Pumpernickel bread, hollowed out (optional)
