Miso Soup

Ingredients

• 3/4 tsp miso paste
• 1 tsp vegetarian stock powder
• 1 cup boiling water
• cubed tofu
• dried mushrooms soaked in water
• spring onion chopped very finely
• nori cut into strips
• blanched bok choy
• cooked rice noodles (gf)
• sesame oil or soy sauce for flavour
• chilli flakes or paste
