• 1 pound ribeye or top sirloin steak (cut into 2 inch cubes)
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 tsp oregeno
• 1 tsp thyme
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbs olive oil
• 1/2 pound golden yukon potatos (cut into small cubes)
• salt (to taste)
• freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
