• 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Sriracha chili sauce
• 3 teaspoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
• a few dashes of fish sauce
• 1/4 cup pizza sauce, homemade or store bought
• 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella
• 1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
• sesame seeds and honey to garnish
