- ½ kg chops washed
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon red chilli paste
- Oil
- 1 teaspoon Robertson steak and chops spice
- ½ teaspoon Robertson lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Robertson BBQ spice
- Salt to taste ( take note Robertson spices are salty )
- ¼ teaspoon haldi
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Handful of freshly chopped dhania (coriander)
- 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard sauce
- 3 tablespoon steers BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcester
