• -1 ½ tblspns Amina’s wonderspice steak and chops marinade
• -1 teaspoon red chilli powder
• -3 tblspns yoghurt
• -1 tablespoon mint sauce
• -3 tblspns mustard oil
• -pinch of red an yellow colour(optional)
