Ingredients

• 12 chopped washed and cleaned
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• ½ teaspoon ginger
• 1 teaspoon red chilli paste
• 2 tablespoon Cape herb and spice rub in Caribbean jerk spice flavour
• 1 tablespoon steak and chips spice
• 1 teaspoon zesty lemon and herb
• Salt to taste
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 5 tablespoon jojo chili sauce ( optional )
• 1 onion
• 1 green pepper
• 1 tomato
