Butter Chicken N Rice recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 heaped teaspoon @purespice_sa red ginger 🫚 garlic masala
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chillies and garlic
• Allow to fry few minutes. Add in 1 kg fillets cubed into chunks
• 2 teaspoon crushed chillies
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon red chilli 🌶 powder
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa curry powder
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• Add in 2 tablespoon flour. Cook out flour taste few minutes. Add in 300ml fresh cream
• 300 ml milk.
