Butter Chicken N Rice recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• Add in 4 cloves minced garlic
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red masala
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic
• Add in 2 kg fillet chunks
• 2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon chilli powder
• 2 teaspoon ground green chillies
• 2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• Few drops egg yellow 💛 colouring.
• 1 tin nestle cream
• 1 tin coconut 🥥 milk
• 300 ml sour milk
• Add cream mixture to chicken cook. Simmer
• Add to chicken Cook till slightly thick
