- 1 4-oz can diced green chiles
- 1 14.5 oz can fire roasted dice tomatoes
- 4 large whole wheat flour tortillas
- 3 cups shredded colby cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup salsa
- Optional: sour cream
