• 2 cups almond milk
• 4 cups flour, sifted
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• For The Strawberry Lemon Creme:
• 10 teaspoons lemon juice
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 2 cups mascarpone cheese
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 2 cups sliced strawberries washed, dryed, then pureed (1 cup pureed strawberries)
• 12 additional strawberries for the top
