Ingredients

• 2 large Russet potatoes, peeled and grated
• 1/2 small zucchini, peeled and grated
• 1 green onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup of flour
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. oil
• Salt, to taste
• Pepper, to taste
• Oil, for frying
