Ingredients

• 1 head of broccoli florets (about 5 cups)
• 1 1/2 cup orzo
• 2 cups kale, chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 cup parmesan
• 1 lemon, juice and zest
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/2 tsp salt
• black pepper
• 1/4 cup sunflower seeds or pine nuts (optional)
