• 2 ounces of Assa Foetida
• a pint or two of dung-juice
• 6 dwt. Assa Foetida
• 3 dwt. Woad
• 3 dwt. Garlic
• 3 dwt. Bruised Laurel berries
• one handful of Elder leaves or tops
• one handful of Carline root
• one handful of White Cameline root
• one handful of Thistle root
