- Strawberry Jam: 3/4 x 340g jar strawberry jam
- Fondant Icing: 1 1/4 kg ready-to-roll white fondant icing
- Icing Sugar: 600g icing sugar, sifted, plus extra for dusting
- Red Food Colouring: red food colouring
