• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder or 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
