• 1 1/2 cup oil
• 2 cups sweetener
• 4 "eggs" (your choice of vegan egg replacer to replace 4 eggs)
• 2 cups grated carrots
• 1 small can crushed pineapple
• 1 1/2 chopped pecans (any nuts would work)
• 3/4 cup raisins (optional)
