• 1 lb fresh cheese tortellini
• 1/4 cup Fustini's Tuscan Herb olive oil
• 2 tablespoons Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic
• 1/2 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon Fustini's Tuscan Spice blend
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 3/4 cup chopped salami (or prosciutto)
• 1/2 cup baby spinach
• 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
• 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
