Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Tuscan Herb olive oil
• 1/2 yellow onion, diced
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Grilling spice rub
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic
• 1 1/2 cups beef broth
• 1 - 19 oz pkg frozen cheese tortellini
• 2-3 cups roughly chopped spinach
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• Green onion or parsley, chopped for garnish
