Makes one bundt cake - This is my grandmother’s super simple recipe - just mix & bake. And as easy as it is, I wish she was still around to make it for me.
Ingredients
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 1 large package Jello lemon pudding
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup poppy seeds
- 4 eggs
- Pre-heat oven to 325
- Mix all ingredients well, and pour into a greased bundt pan
- Bake for 1 1/4 hours
