Ingredients

• 15 lady fingers
• 1 onion
• 1 tomato
• 1 small piece ginger
• 3 green chillies
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 clove
• 1 cardamom pod
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 tbsp turmeric powder
• ½ tbsp coriander powder
• ½ tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
• 1 tbsp gram flour
• ½ tsp cumin seeds
• 1 small cup yoghurt
• ½ tbsp sugar (optional)
• 3 tbsp oil
• Juice of half lemon
• Salt as required
