• 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon Fustini’s Tuscan Herb olive oil
• 4 slices of white bread
• 4 slices Smoked Gouda
• 4 slices Fontaine
• 6 slices thin-sliced bread
• 2-3 tablespoons Fustini’s Garlic EVOO
