• 1 flax egg
• 1/2 cup aquafaba (liquid from 1 can chickpeas)
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup superfine sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1/2 cup vegan butter (melted)
• 1/2 cup milk
