• 1/2 bag (250g) Arctic Gardens Spinach
• 12 oz (340 g) linguine
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) minced fresh chives
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) chopped oil packed sun dried tomatoes
• 2 tbsp (25 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
