Loaded Potato Soup – Two Bees & A Bud

Ingredients

• 32 oz bag of frozen diced hash brown potatoes
• 1 large onion, diced
• 1 c diced carrots
• 1 box chicken broth or 4 cups water with boullion cube equivalent
• 3 tsp minced garlic
• ¼ c butter, cut into slices
• 2 tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• 1 tsp celery salt
• 8 oz package cubed ham (optional)
