Ingredients

• 1 c firmly packed light brown sugar
• 1 ½ c granulated sugar
• ¾ c unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 3 c pure pumpkin puree
• 2 ¾ c self-rising flour
• ½ c lemon-flavored or plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
• 4 lg eggs
• 6 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1 c unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 3 ½ c cups confectioner’s sugar
• 2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
• ½ c eggnog
• 1 ¼ c chopped dark chocolate
