- 1 c olive oil
- 2 c brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 t sea salt
- 2 t baking soda dissolved in
- 2 T hot water
- 2 t vanilla
- 24 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- sea salt
