Rosehip chutney| Maintal

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 red onion, finely chopped
• ½ tsp. fleur de sel or salt
• 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
• 100 g Maintal Rosehip Preserve Extra
• 50 ml white balsamic vinegar
• 100 g red pepper, finely diced
• 2 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 tsp. chilli flakes
• Zest of half an organic lemon
