• - 1/2 sweet onion, chopped

• - 1 4oz can diced green chiles
• - 4 oz fat free cream cheese
• - 4oz light sour cream
• - Spices: cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, coriander
