Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

• Vegetable oil; for
• 1 ts Ground cumin
• 1 lb Chicken; cut into cubes
• 2 sm Jalapeno peppers; chopped
• 1/2 ts Freshly-ground black pepper
• 1 c Roughly-chopped onions
• 2 c Roughly-chopped tomatoes
• 15 Whole Corn tortillas; fried
• Sour cream; for garnish
• 2 qt Chicken Stock
• 1/4 c Fresh Cilantro chopped
• 1 ts Salt
• 2 tb Garlic chopped
• 1/4 ts Ground coriander
• 1/4 ts Chili powder
