Mains - Mexican Spicy Bean Tacos

Ingredients

• 8 Taco shells
• 300 g Cooked brown lentils
• 150 Re-fried black beans
• 1 Onion finely chopped
• 60 ml Water
• 1 Veg stock cube or gel pot
• 2 tbsp Jalapeños chillies from a jar chopped
• 2 tsp Smoked paprika
• 2 tsp Chipotle paste
• 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp Freshly ground Black pepper
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
