Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons Olive oil
• 1 green pepper, washed and sliced
• 1 red pepper, washed and sliced
• ½ red onion, thinly sliced
• salt, to taste
• Black pepper , to taste
• 1 package (2 tablespoons) taco seasoning
• 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
• 8 medium flour tortillas
• 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
• 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
• Avocado, sliced, for topping
• green onions, thinly sliced, for topping
• Sour cream , for topping
• salsa, for topping
