Peppamelt Steak recipe by Najiya

Ingredients

• 1kg steak fillets
• 4 tablespoon mayonaise
• ¼ cup sour milk
• 3 tblps whole peppercorns
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• 2 teaspoon ginger garlic
• 1 tablespoon crushed green chillies
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 teaspoon steak spice
• Add 100g butter,fry steak then add water and cook steak till done..
• add to steak and allow to boil..serve with chips or potato
