- ½ kg fillet steak slices
- Washed & drained.
- Add:
- 2 tablespoons Nandos pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon @inapaarmanskitchen lemon & black pepper seasoning
- Aromat (a South African Spice) to taste
- A sprinkling of @robertsonsspice mixed herbs
- Allow to sizzle and move off stove. Cook
- Add ½ - ¾ cup of sour cream.
