- 1 x 7g sachet fast-action dried yeast
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 2 medium eggs
- oil, to grease
- 30g strong white bread flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
