- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- Salt
- pepper
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Ontario unsalted butter
- 1/2 cups grated Ontario old cheddar cheese
- 3 tpsp (45 mL) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cups grated Ontario mozzarella
- 2 cups (500 mL) Ontario whole milk
- 1/3 cup (80mL) Ontario sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups dry macaroni, cook until al dente
